Although headquartered in New York City, My Elder Advocate serves families throughout the United States.
For cases outside of our geographic territory, My Elder Advocate provides the leadership role from our corporate headquarters. This includes completing the MEA Needs Assessment and creating appropriate action plans.
Issues requiring the actual presence of an elder advocate are handled by a local affiliate of My Elder Advocate. Local affiliates are highly trained and experienced eldercare professionals who serve as our eyes and ears… and our “fist”… if and when a firm hand is required with a local nursing home administrator or staff member.
My Elder Advocate has handled numerous nursing home issues and cases throughout the U.S. – from California to Florida, from Maine to Mississippi.
